In 2022, I took a position as a Director of Studies/Lead Researcher at ExtraMile International Education > an online educational start-up that provides e-learning to students in China and the U.S.

I researched how U.S. universities’ service can be transformed for Chinese undergraduate students through the power of kindness. 

This was a research project where I uncovered how Chinese students in the U.S. can truly cross cultural boundaries and experience intercultural adjustment. 

This research project allowed me to explore the teacher’s identity reconstruction and how it affected his daily work.
